Service
RedPulse provides workspace-based Reddit keyword monitoring and alerting. You are responsible for your account, authorized users, keyword choices, and lawful use of the service and resulting data.
Billing and cancellation
Organization subscriptions are managed through Clerk Billing and renew until canceled. Cancellation takes effect according to the Clerk billing flow and disables monitoring when paid access ends. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse provider APIs, bypass limits or access controls, monitor for unlawful purposes, or attempt to disrupt the service. Your use must comply with Reddit's and all connected providers' terms.
Organization deletion
Deleting an organization stops its monitoring and starts a 30-day retention period before its RedPulse workspace data is permanently deleted, subject to legal, billing, fraud-prevention, and security retention requirements.
Availability and liability
Monitoring depends on third-party services and may be delayed or incomplete. The service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted delivery. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
